Oatmeal Dalia Recipe for Weight Loss



Oatmeal Dalia is one of the healthiest Indian food and not just healthy but very delicious in taste is well. Oats is also called as “Super Food“ because it has lots of nutrients like magnese, magnesium, zinc, selenium and with these it has alsoVitamin E, Vitamin B1 and Fiber. Oats helps in reducing the cholesterol problem, it is good for the diabetic patients, it also helps in weight loss.

Ingredients for Oatmeal Dalia:
1 tbsp Oats (Roasted).
200 ml Water.
200 ml Milk.
1 tsp Almond Powder.
5-6 Threads of Saffron.
¼ tsp of Cardamom Powder.
4-5 Chopped Almonds.
5-6 Raisins.
Half Chopped Apple without Skin.
Half Chopped Mango.
