Namkeen Dalia Recipe | Vegetable Dalia Recipe




Namkeen dalia is one of the very healthy Indian breakfast dish which is very delicious in taste. This is the one very famous and popular North Indian main course or breakfast dish. Basically dalia is nothing but the broken wheat, in India lots of sweet and savoury dishes are prepared from dalai. This is also a verysimple and easy recipe to make at home.

Ingredients for Namkeen Dalia:
200 gm Dalia.
1 Chopped Potato.
1 Chopped Green Tomato.
50 gm Green Peas.
7-8 Florets of Cauliflower.
1 Inch Grated Ginger.
2 tsp Clarified Butter.
Pinch of Asafoetida.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
½ tsp Coriander Seeds Powder.
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
½ tsp Garam Masala.
Lemon Juice of 1 ½ Lemon.
Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Salt To Taste.
