Soya Chunks Manchurian Recipe | Healthy Manchurian



Hey guys today we are here with an another amazing Indo-Chinese recipe, which is known as soya chunks Manchurian, it is made from soya chunks, carrots, capsicum, ginger garlic and some sauces. This delicious is really very easy to make as well as requires very less time for preparations and cooking. In India indo-chinese dishes are very popular and almost everybody love to eat indo-chinese food. Specially small kids and youngsters are fond of eating chinese cooking foods.

Ingredients for Soya Chunks Manchurian Recipe:

1 Bowl Soya Chunks (Soaked and Boiled).
½ Cup Grated Carrot.
1 Cup Chopped Spring Onions.
1 tsp Chopped Ginger Garlic.
1 Piece Capsicum.
¼ Cup Gram Flour.
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce.
1 tbsp Soya Sauce.
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup. (Optional).
2 tsp Corn Flour.
Salt and Black Pepper Powder as per taste.
Oil for Deep Fry.
