Matar Pulao Recipe | Pressure Cooker Pulao Recipe



Matar Pulao is one of the very popular and commonly cooked rice dish in Indian houses. it is a Maharashtrian dish and very popular in entire mumbai, this rice dish is prepared in big tawa in the streets of mumbai. This matar pulav is not just a delicious food but it is healthy too. The way of making pulaos and taste varies from state to state and city to city in India. In southern side peoples usually makes lemon pulao, in northern side they makes vegetable pulao and uses fresh and various kinds vegetables for making pulaos.

Ingredients for Matar Pulao:

1 Cup Basmati Rice.
¾ Cup Green Peas. (Fresh and Frozen).
½ Cup Thinly Sliced Onions.
¼ Cup Chopped Tomato.
2-3 tbsp Oil or Ghee.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
Water As Per Requirement
