Vegetable Upma Recipe | South Indian Recipe



Upma is one of the authentic and traditional south Indian breakfast dish, it is oftenly prepared in almost every houses in south India, today we are here with ahealthy Indian vegetarian dish which is known as Vegetable Upma recipe, it is made from semolina or sooji in Hindi, this Upma dish is really very delicious in taste as well as healthy too, you can prepare this easy vegetable upma recipe for a healthy breakfast. It is very easy to make and we have made it very simple but the taste of this is really very awesome.

Ingredients for Vegetable Upma:

1 Cup Sooji or Semolina.
1 Chopped Onion.
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger.
1 Medium Size Chopped Carrot.
½ Chopped Capsicum.
¼ Cup Fresh Peas.
1 Small Tomato (Optional).
4-5 Beans.
½ tsp Oil or Ghee.
Salt to Taste.
