Ingredients for Bhajani:

250 gm Jowar or Sorghum.
250 gm Ragi or Finger Millet.
250 gm Rice.
125 gm Wheat.
125 gm Bajra or Pearl Millet.
125 gm Chana Dal or Split Bengal Gram.
125 gm Green Moong Beans.
125 gm Whole Masoor or Split Red Lentil.
125 gm Matki or Moth Beans.
125 gm Soybean.
6 tbsp Coriander Seeds.
2-3 tbsp Cumin Seeds.
