Mirchi Bhajji or chilli fritters is a very special Indian fast food or snack recipemade from raw green chillies and besan or gram flour, it tastes really very yummy little crunchy from outside and soft from inside. In India peoples like to have this with khajur or dates chutney and it really goes good with it but you can also have this with green chutney or red chutney or tomato ketchup or any other chutney of your choice.
Ingredients for Mirchi Bhajji:
5-6 Green Chillies.
150 Grams Besan or Gram Flour.
½ tsp of Asafoetida.
Pinch of Baking Soda.
Oil for deep frying.
Salt to taste
