Ingredients For Lemon Rice Recipe:
4 Cup Boiled Rice.
25 gm Peanuts.
Few Curry Leaves.
3 Whole Red Chillies (Seedless and broken in Pieces).
½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
4 tsp Lemon Juice.
1 tsp Split Bengal Gram.
1 tsp Skinless Split Black Gram.
¾ tsp Mustard Seeds.
Pinch of Asafoetida.
Salt to taste.
2 tbsp Oil.
